Extremely helpful and progress updated as I was waiting. The car wash after service was poor- surfaces smeared and not up to normal standard as previously experienced from BMW . Was told just started .

The experience was pretty good the staff I came in to contact with were very pleasant, I just feel the dealer ship has lost a bit of the personal touch.

Advisor who couldn't be bothered to get out of his seat and just called out to customers when there car was ready, items that were stored in the boot side pocket removed and left scattered around the boot and £140 to change a fuse!

Booked online, but the date I booked happened to be Easter Monday, so this date shouldn't have available. Completed the online Check in, but still needed to go through everything in the centre. The health check video was hard to hear and understand

I've just bought my car and took it to Marshalls Scunthorpe they gave it a brake fluid service and a thorough health check . From first entering the premises I found all the staff very friendly knowledgeable and very helpful.

No problems everything went according to plan

Staff were friendly and polite. Extras ordered online were not supplied. Car was cleaned externally very badly. The recall job was a huge disappointment as wrong colour parts have been fitted. BMW have since distanced themselves from any solution.

Always nice friendly staff, always polite, clean premises and do a good job on my BMW's . Usually finish the work , car cleaned too whenever I have asked it to be ready for collection. BMW at Scunthorpe is an excellent dealership to do business with

I was told to do the keys for 8 and the car was only taken for service at 13;00. I didn't leave the centre till 16:30 and was never notified of this.

Combative experience at check in with Information given by myself to the service contact prior to the visit not been passed on (she was away on my visit) to the member of staff on the day and it got worse once the work was complete, or rather wasn't

The only reason I've given the rating I have is based on the helpfulness of the receptionist that's all. The service dept and management is shambolic. The scare monger in getting work done & the manager knows this but does nothing.
