Every time I enter the building I'm always greeted by lovely staff and made to feel extremely welcome. Leanne, Chloe and Claire are simply wonderful and I'm always looked after no matter who I deal with, they are awesome. Thank you.

Customer service poor. I added a screen msg on check-in but this hadn't been transferred to the service sheet. Welcome could have been better.

The appointment for the service was easy and convenient. The car was washed and ready on time. In the past my car used to be vacuumed inside but sadly this was missing.

Repairing of brakes absolutely fine. Approved tires to be replaced wasn't done needed to be ordered still waiting for contact now for these. Poor service

Usual exceptional service but On collection after a service, health check ssidit needed a new tyre immediately because of a deep cut, but was told there was no-one available to fit a new one or give me a price. Also health check video wouldn't load.

Did not offer to wash and vacuum the car. Booked in for an MOT, even reminded them of this when checking in online but was told at the service centre the ramp was broken so they couldn't do the MOT. Surprised that they only had one ramp!!!!!
