Absolutely abysmal..my wife took a day off work to get her car serviced, booked a courtesy car ,got there and there was no car available on the 15th May!Then had to book another day off work and go back the Friday after on the 22nd.Would u be ok?

I arrived for an 8.00am appt. At 8.40am I was informed the parts needed for my job not available. On the plus side they arranged with another local BMW dealer to have the parts collected asap. Job completed 4 hours later very efficiently.

No contact from centre to keep me informed about what was happening for the first 41/2 weeks of the six it was in for repair. I had to do all calling.
