Jess and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming making me a coffee as soon as I walked in. Told me the job would take an hour.....and Jess was spot on Also provided accurate directions to Scunthorpe centre!!! Spot on!!

Car not ready on time. I am/was looking at purchasing an iX so I was lent the sales managers car which had very little charge and was dirty inside. I asked for our car to be washed and vacuumed and neither was done.

It was a fast service time and under my service plan for the oil change However the car wasn't offered a clean and the washer level was low and this wasn't filled up. As I drove away the ad blue light came too. It felt the basics were done
