I was in a rush for a hospital appointment so I turned up in good time having completed the online check-in. Yet I was still asked to go to the seating area and wait .

After an MOT the service indicator on the vehicle hadn't been reset. After arranging to revisit I was shown how to do it through the car's screen and feel I could have been told this over the phone to save the trip.
